Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer applies whenever you use announcementpicking.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, Providers Work

Announcementpicking Garage Doors offers referrals and marketing. We link homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. Announcementpicking Garage Doors does not do work on doors, springs or openers, and does not sell doors or parts. Any job on your door is handled by an independent provider.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Being referred to a provider does not mean we endorse it. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or result of any provider's work, or that a provider can visit your area at a set time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

General Information

What you read here is general information, not legal, financial or safety advice. Every door, opener and home is different. Talk to a qualified technician about your own situation.

About Prices

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Real costs depend on your door, the parts needed, where you live and the provider. A provider gives a firm price after looking at the door, so ask for a written quote before you approve work.

About Warranties

Any mention of warranties here is general. A warranty comes from the maker or the provider, never from Announcementpicking Garage Doors. Ask the provider what is covered and get it in writing.

Stay Safe

Garage doors are heavy, and springs and cables hold a lot of tension. Leave spring and cable work to a pro. Keep people and pets away from a damaged door. If a situation threatens life or safety, contact local emergency services first.

How Announcementpicking Garage Doors Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Announcementpicking Garage Doors when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure page explains more.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information here current and correct. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
